Hamad International Airport Lighting Design | MASQ

MASQ designed the lighting for Hamad International Airport, Qatar Airways' flagship terminal, with a brief to create a captivating feel across the terminal's retail and dining areas. In the food court, direct lighting was arranged in a dynamic, flowing composition across the space, paired with a signature installation of bird pendants for an eye-catching, playful atmosphere.

The duty-free areas took a more refined approach: clean, precise lines of light combining downlights, linear lighting, and spotlights, selected to sustain a luxurious, elegant feel throughout the retail concourse. Two distinct moods, one seamless passenger journey: functional way-finding light layered with genuine design character, at one of the region's busiest international gateways.
